RETURN/EXCHANGE POILICY

For a refund, purchases must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. After 7 days, credits or exchanges will be issued if your request is e-mailed to us within 30 days of your receipt of jewelry. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. There will be a restocking fee of $25 per item for all items returned to cover labor and payment processing.

Special orders may not be cancelled or returned unless they were in damaged condition upon receipt. Internet purchases may not be returned to store locations.

HOW TO RETURN

To return or exchange an item, please send an e-mail request to: to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#.) Include your name, phone number, order number, item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. When returning an item, mark the outside of your box with the RA# to ensure that your delivery will be accepted. Any shipment that does not have an RA# displayed on the packaging will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached. For your protection, please insure your package for the full purchase amount, and ship via insured parcel post or any other insured delivery service that provides a tracking number. This is for your protection. Everyday Grace is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGES

Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported to us via e-mail at within 48 hours of receipt. Include your name, phone number, order number, item purchased and description of the damage. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, original packaging, with tags attached, for your claim to be processed.

You will not be subject to return shipping charges or re-stocking fees in the event that an item was received in a damaged condition.

In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, please e-mail us immediately at . Include your name, phone number, order number, description of the item received and the style number and description of the item originally ordered.
